Pier<\/strong> is the training platform of International Education Services for the international education industry. It certifies that an education agent has completed the official sector training.<\/p>\n

It is not a stamp that you can buy: you have to take the course and pass it. Our name appears on the public list of certified agents maintained by ICEF.<\/p>\n\n

What is a Welcomer<\/h3>\n

Each student at Australian Way is assigned a Welcomer<\/strong>: a member of the team who lives in your destination city will receive you in person upon arrival, hand over the welcome kit, and accompany you for the first few days until you have settled into accommodation, a bank account, a local SIM card, and a transport card.<\/p>\n

The entire Australian Way team has previously experienced the same accompanying experience: studying and working in Australia, New Zealand or Ireland.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Student Support in the Sydney office<\/h3>\n

Australian Way has a team of Student Support in their Sydney office<\/strong> (Suite 203, 9\/13 Bronte Road, Bondi Junction), in Australian time. The student speaks with a person from the team, not with a chatbot<\/strong>, It is available in person at the office: changes of course, issues with the school, assistance, renewal of visas, job search or any other problem that arises while you are already in the country. It is not an arrival service: it covers the entire year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
